Step Mental Health Resource Guide came to us for help promoting their service to their "bread and butter" SoCal therapist and mental health facilities clientelle. First Step was launching
an online client referral service to be supported by professional's subscriptions.
A direct response program was the answer.
First, a postcard introduction was mailed to mental health professionals,
followed by a full explaination of FSG's service in a brochure with BRM application
included. Then, a focused banner ad campaign to both therapists and clients
was run for 90 days on AOL's Digital Cities.
